By using the applications and services of The Thaiger, by accessing the functions and tools of this site, viewing any information, text, or graphics herein, the User is deemed to have read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to these terms. The Thaiger reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

e) You are strictly prohibited from uploading or transmitting any viruses, worms, malware, or other malicious code or software onto the Site’s servers, regardless of whether such actions result in actual damage to The Thaiger’s systems, data, or the systems or data of other users of the Site;
f) You are strictly prohibited from using any automated scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or other automated means to access, copy, scrape, or manipulate any content on this Site without express written permission from The Thaiger;
g) You shall not transmit, steal, or engage in unauthorised access of information, data, or materials on this website in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
h) You shall not impersonate any individual or entity, nor shall you misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity while using the Service;
i) You are prohibited from inserting your own or any third party’s advertising material or promotional content onto this Site without the express written consent of The Thaiger;

4.1.2 The Thaiger explicitly states that it is not a provider of these underlying services or products and bears no responsibility for managing appointments or delivering said services.
4.2 The Thaiger compiles information regarding products and services from local Service Providers and publicly accessible online sources.
4.2.1 This aggregated information is accessible to Users across the website and is intended solely to assist Users in making informed decisions when selecting a preferred service or product.
4.2.2 Upon a User’s selection, The Thaiger will facilitate contact between the User and the relevant Service Provider by either forwarding the User’s information to the Service Provider or by providing the User with the Service Provider’s contact details.

6.2.1 The User explicitly consents to the forwarding and disclosure of their personal information to such Service Providers, even in instances where these Service Providers are located in jurisdictions where the legal protections for personal data may not be as stringent as those within the European Union.
6.3 The Thaiger reserves the right to use User contact details, including phone number and email address, to communicate with the User periodically regarding updates on their consultation with a Service Provider and other matters pertaining to The Thaiger’s services.
6.3.1 The User hereby consents to receiving such communications from The Thaiger.
6.4 The Thaiger is committed to safeguarding the User’s privacy and the privacy of all individuals who access the website and utilise its functionalities.
